By accessing and using thesheetspot.com and placing an order with The Sheet Spot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
The Sheet Spot is a premium mail-in sheet folding and wash-and-fold service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount listed at checkout. All prices are in US dollars. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment processor Wix Payments. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery times are 5-7 days for orders within the continental United States. Orders shipping to or from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories may require additional transit time. The Sheet Spot is not responsible for delays caused by USPS once your order has been handed off to the carrier.
Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order you agree to: provide accurate shipping and order information, select the correct sheet size and service type, ensure Fold-Only orders are freshly washed and fully dry before mailing, remove excessive pet hair before mailing your sheets, and not send silk or other prohibited materials. The Sheet Spot is not responsible for any issues arising from failure to meet these responsibilities.
Limitation of Liability
The Sheet Spot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. The Sheet Spot is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay caused by USPS or other third party service providers.
Intellectual Property
All content on thesheetspot.com including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of The Sheet Spot and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our express written permission.
