Our Promise to You
The Sheet Spot takes great pride in every order we process. Due to the nature of our service, all sales are final. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your sheets and we will do our best to make it right. We are committed to providing a quality experience for every customer and will always work with you to find a reasonable resolution.
Lost Package Policy
All orders are shipped with tracking so you can monitor your package every step of the way. The Sheet Spot is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by USPS once they have been handed off to the carrier. If your package is lost in transit in either direction, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. All Priority Mail shipments include up to $100 of insurance coverage.
Damaged Item Policy
The Sheet Spot handles all sheets with the utmost care. We inspect every order upon arrival and will contact you if we notice any pre-existing damage before proceeding. However, The Sheet Spot is not responsible for any damage that exists prior to receiving your sheets, nor are we responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping once your order has been handed off to USPS. If your sheets arrive to you damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim as all Priority Mail shipments include up to $100 of insurance coverage.
Hygiene Policy
The Sheet Spot maintains a clean, dedicated workspace for all orders. All Wash & Fold orders are laundered with care before folding. Fold-Only orders must arrive freshly washed and fully dry. We do not accept soiled or damp sheets. If your sheets arrive dirty or wet, your order will be returned to you unprocessed. Each order is handled individually and never commingled with another customer's sheets. Your sheets are packaged immediately after folding to ensure they arrive fresh and pristine.
Turnaround Policy
The Sheet Spot processes all orders within 24 hours of receiving your sheets. Total delivery time from the moment you drop your sheets in the mail is approximately 5–7 days for orders within the continental United States, including shipping both ways. Orders shipping to or from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories may require additional transit time. Turnaround times may also be affected by USPS delays, which are outside of our control. Rest assured that regardless of any shipping delays, your order will be processed promptly upon arrival and shipped back to you within 24 hours of receiving your sheets.
Size Mismatch Policy
Please ensure you select the correct sheet size when placing your order. If the sheets you send do not match the size selected at checkout, your order will be held and you will be contacted to resolve the difference before your sheets are processed and returned. The Sheet Spot is not responsible for any delays caused by a size mismatch.
Cancellation Policy
At The Sheet Spot, we move quickly because we know you want your sheets back as soon as possible. The moment an order is placed, we get to work. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. However, once your kit has been mailed we are unable to make any changes to your order.
Acceptable Materials Policy
The Sheet Spot accepts most standard sheet materials including cotton, microfiber, polyester, and linen. We do not accept silk sheets as they cannot be folded to our quality standard. If you are unsure whether your sheets qualify, please contact us before placing your order. Orders containing unacceptable materials will be returned unprocessed.
